Acceptable website use
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. Do not submit false, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, malicious, or impersonating content; attempt to bypass security; interfere with operation; obtain another person's submission; scrape or misuse personal information; or use Society names, marks, photographs, designs, or materials in a misleading or unauthorized way.
Information and announcements
The Society may update programs, dates, leadership openings, dues, policies, and website information as the organization develops. Events are final only when identified as confirmed. Website content is general organizational information and is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Membership Interest List
The Membership Interest List is a nonfinancial notification list for women age 21 and older. Joining the list is not a membership application, does not guarantee eligibility or acceptance, and does not create a member relationship.
Membership applications
The official Membership Application is available for review but is not yet open for submission. Founding Membership applications are planned to open between January and March 2027 and, after launch, to remain available year-round. Membership applicants must be at least 21 years old. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Approved applicants will be invited to a scheduled New Member Orientation and Induction Ceremony.
Volunteer leadership applications
The National Officer/Leadership Application is available for review but is not yet open. Applicants must already be current Alpha Delta Zeta members. Every listed leadership position is unpaid and voluntary. Submission does not guarantee an interview, appointment, title, term, or continued service.
Dues, payments, and contributions
Dues, donations, event payments, and other financial transactions are disabled until approved banking, payment, authorization, and internal-control procedures are established. Only an approved dues schedule and secure payment process communicated by the Society are official. Do not send money to an individual or unofficial account.
Applications, requests, and decisions
Submitting a form does not guarantee membership, leadership appointment, financial assistance, a dues pause, event approval, accommodation, partnership, or any other outcome. The Society may verify information, request follow-up, apply written eligibility criteria, and make decisions consistent with approved policies and available resources.
Your submissions
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to provide it. You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant the Society permission to review, store, reproduce internally, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to respond to the submission, administer the relevant process, protect safety, and maintain required records.
Society intellectual property
The Alpha Delta Zeta name, logo, crest, tagline, written materials, graphics, page design, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to the Society and may be protected by applicable law. No permission is granted to reproduce, sell, imitate, modify, or use them to suggest affiliation, endorsement, membership, or authority without written approval.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services for email, maps, events, payment processing, or other functions. A link does not guarantee or endorse every third-party statement or practice. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply when you leave this website or use those services.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Society does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of content, or that every submission will be received without delay. If a form fails, use the public contact procedure shown on this site.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Society is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this public website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indiana law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website and Society develop. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to later website activity.
